WEST CALDWELL, N.J., November 9, 2001: Merrimac Industries, Inc. (AMEX: MRM), a leader in the design and manufacture of RF Microwave components, assemblies and micro-multifunction modules (MMFM®), is not affiliated with or related to Merrimac Systems Corporation, which yesterday pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud the government.
